Exemplify cultural competence and sensitivity to diversity in dynamic academic and healthcare environments

In this clinical journal, I reflected on the diverse Informatics team my preceptor was a part of. In this team where were various analysts and informaticsts of diffenct cultures  who were very skillful in their fields while incorporating  their cultures. There were team members of Asian desent and African descent. Together thier work in the the healthcare field created meaningful and impactful change.
